DARE TO DREAM RECIPES
HENNESSY MARGARITA

Ingredients
Hennessy V.S (1.5oz), Fresh Lime Juice (.75oz)
Orange Liqueur (.5oz), Agave Syrup (.25oz)

Lime Wedge + Raspberry Salt**

​Glassware
Rocks Glass
​​Method
**Prepare the Raspberry Salt: In a small bowl, lightly crush the dried raspberries.
Add salt and mix well until fully combined. Set aside.
Rim the Glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass.
Dip the rim into the raspberry salt to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.
Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine all ingredients except the
raspberry salt and fresh raspberries. Add ice and shake well until the mixture
is properly chilled and diluted.
Serve: Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients
Volcan Blanco Tahona (1.5oz), Suze (.75oz)
Dry Vermouth (.75oz)

Grapefruit Twist

Method
Place all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold and properly diluted.
Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice or large ice cube. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Belvedere X. (2oz), Dry Vermouth (.25oz)
Salt (pinch), High-quality olive oil (3 drops)

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold and properly diluted.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish by expressing lemon twist over the top of the
cocktail and discard, add olive oil to the finished cocktail.

Sir Davis (2oz), Honey (.5oz)
Fresh Lemon Juice (.75oz)

Method
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice until cold and properly diluted.
Strain and fine strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Woodinville Rye (2oz), Orgeat (.75oz)
100% Pineapple Juice (.75oz), Fresh Lemon Juice (.75oz)
Angostura Bitters (5 Dashes)

Tiki Mug/Highball Glass

Method
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice until cold and properly diluted.
Strain into a Tiki mug over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple slice.
